Gaya Mengajar Guru dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Di MI Al Khairat Sospol Kota Manado
Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul tentang Gaya Mengajar Guru Kelas V Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa di MI Al-Khairaat Sospol Manado di kelas V. Gaya mengajar adalah suatu cara atau bentuk penampilan seorang guru dalam menanamkan pengetahuan maupun perbuatan dalam proses belajar mengajar bertujuan untuk mengatasi kebosanan siswa, sehingga siswa memiliki minat belajar yang tinggi. Gaya mengajar dapat dibedakan dalam 4 macam yaitu: Gaya mengajar klasik, gaya mengajar teknologis, gaya mengajar personalisasi, gaya mengajar interaksional. Penulisan ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui gaya mengajar guru kelas V pada masa pandemi covid 19 dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di MI Al-Khairaat sospol manado. 2) untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi dalam menerapkan gaya mengajar guru kelas V pada masa pandemi covid 19 dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di MI Al-Khairaat Sospol. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Adapun yang menjadi fokus penulisan adalah gaya mengajar guru kelas V. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya mengajar guru kelas yang diterapkan di kelas V berhasil mempengaruhi presatasi belajar siswa, karena dengan menerapkan gaya mengajar tingkat kebosanan siswa dapat diatasi dan siswa bisa menjadi lebih aktif dalam menerima pelajaran.
