FuDiMas: Journal of Community Service (Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) is an academic journal managed by the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab, and Da’wah (FUAD) at the State Institute for Islamic Studies (IAIN) Manado. This journal serves as a scholarly platform for the dissemination of ideas, innovations, and practical experiences in the field of community service and empowerment activities grounded in Islamic values and social sciences.

FuDiMas aims to publish articles that contribute to the development of community-based education, religious and social guidance, cultural empowerment, and interdisciplinary approaches to community engagement. The journal encourages collaboration between academics, practitioners, and community members in addressing social, cultural, religious, and humanitarian challenges through evidence-based and sustainable service models.

The scope of this journal includes, but is not limited to:

  • Community empowerment and participatory development;

  • Religious, moral, and cultural education for social transformation;

  • Application of Islamic teachings in community life;

  • Communication, da’wah, and media-based community outreach;

  • Literacy, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic development programs;

  • Local wisdom and indigenous knowledge-based community service;

  • Interdisciplinary research on social change and public welfare.

FuDiMas is published by the Faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab, and Da’wah (FUAD), IAIN Manado, and is issued twice a year, in June and December. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure high academic quality and relevance. The journal welcomes submissions from scholars, researchers, lecturers, and practitioners engaged in community development and service across diverse social and cultural contexts.
