ANALISIS SEMIOTIK PENGGUNAAN EMOSION DAN MAKNANYA DALAM BAHASA ARAB
Abstract
Artikel ini membahas tentang makna dalam penggunaan emosion dari segi analisis semiotik bahasa Arab. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis makna dari setiap emosion yang dilihat dari makna Indonesia dan Arab, yang kemudian ditafsirkan berdasarkan pendekatan semiotik. Metode yang digunakan pada artikel ini adalah metode library research (kajian kepustakaan) yaitu studi untuk cara mengumpulkan data berdasarkan Sumber data primer diperoleh dari sejumlah emosion yang ada pada media instagram dan whatsup, sedangkan data sekunder bersumber sejumlah artikel, buku, majalah dan lain sebagainya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: jumlah emoticon yang diperoleh sebanyak 50 emoticon, yang di klasifikasikan berdasarkan ekspresi wajah, a) gembira, b) sedih, c) marah, d) abstrak. Pada artikel ini memiliki hasil pembahasan yaitu adanya makna yang terkandung setiap emosion seperti marah, tertawa, sedih, dan beberapa emosion lainya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotik, emosion tidak hanya dipakai sebagai icon di media sosial saja, namun masing-masing dari emosion tersebut memiliki makna yang terkandung di dalamnya.
