The Journal of Elementary Educational Research (JEER) allows the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support academic writing and research, under the following conditions:

1. Transparency:
   Authors must clearly state in the manuscript if AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, or similar) were used. The purpose and extent of AI assistance should be described in the Acknowledgment or Methods section.
2. Author Responsibility:
   Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of all content generated or edited with AI tools. AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors.
3. Ethical Use:
   AI tools may be used only to improve language quality, structure, or clarity — not to create data, fabricate references, or generate research findings.
4. AI Usage Limit:
   The total AI-generated or AI-assisted content in any manuscript must not exceed 25%. Manuscripts exceeding this limit may be returned for revision or rejected.
5. Plagiarism and Integrity:
   All manuscripts will undergo plagiarism and ethical checks. The use of AI tools must not result in plagiarism, copyright violations, or data manipulation.
6. Editorial Rights:
   The JEER editorial team reserves the right to request clarification or reject manuscripts if AI use is found to be unethical, excessive, or undisclosed.
