Strategi Guru dalam Menerapkan Pendidikan Moral untuk Membangun Sikap Disiplin Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam menerapkan pendidikan moral untuk membangun sikap disiplin anak di Sekolah Dasar kelas II SD Negeri 182/I Hutan Lindung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun prosedur yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penentuan objek yang diteliti, pemilihan lokasi penelitian, menetapkan fokus permasalahan, pembuatan instrument penelitian, pengumpulan data, menganalisis data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan dengan guru kelas II SD Negeri 182/1 Hutan Lindung. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model interaktif (Miles dan Huberman), sedangkan uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa terdapat enam macam strategi guru dalam menerapkan pendidikan moral untuk membangun sikap disiplin anak kelas II SD Negeri 182/I Hutan Lindung. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru diantaranya, mengajak siswa patuh pada setiap peraturan, patuh terhadap etika sosial, menolak segala ajakan melanggar hukum, mengendalikan diri, menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu dan meletakkan sesuatu pada tempatnya.
