Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di MI AL Hijrah Kota Makassar
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat kepemimpinan kepala sekolah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 Di MI AL Hijrah Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 Di MI AL Hijrah Kota Makassar sangat baik karena Kepala sekolah Sebagai Catalyst, adanya perubahan kepada kondisi yang lebih baik. Sebagai Solution giver, telah mengingatkan tentang tujuan akhir yang akan dicapai. Sebagai Process helper, artinya ikut terlibat membantu kelancaran proses perubahan, menyelesaikan masalah dan membina hubungan antar pihak terkait. Sedangkan Sebagai Resource linker, mampu menghubungkan orang dengan sumber dana yang dibutuhkan. Faktor pendukung Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 Di MI AL Hijrah Kota Makassar yaitu, sanggup menggabungkan ketrampilan mengajar dengan penataan dan penguasaan mengajar, sedangkan faktor penghambat Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 Di MI AL Hijrah Kota Makassar yaitu, adanya jarak antara guru, staf, dan kepala sekolah di sekolah sehingga kadang kurang membangun kerjasama yang baik.
