Peran Guru PAI dalam Mengembangkan Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Emosional Peserta Didik Sekolah Dasar
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan meningkatkan peran guru PAI dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional siswa di SDN Sapta Mulia 78/VIII. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenispenelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan subyek penelitiannya adalah siswa, guru PAI dan kepala sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melali observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengadopsi model Miles dan Huberman, dimulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa guru PAI SD telah mampu menanamkan kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional pada siswa. Guru telah berusaha untuk menanamkan kecerdasan spiritual dan emosional kepada siswa.
