Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru dalam Penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) Tematik di MIN 2 Manado
Abstract
Pokok permasalahan dari penelitian yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini yaitu bagaiman kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) tematik di MIN 2 Manado, bagaimana metode yang digunakan guru pada kompetensi pedagogik dalam penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) tematik di MIN 2 Manado dan kendala dalam penyusunan RPP serta solusi yang akan dilakukan guru dalam penyusunan RPP di MIN 2 Manado. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam penyusunan RPP di MIN 2 Manado, metode yang digunakan guru pada kompetensi pedagogik dalam penyusunan RPP di MIN 2 Manado, da kendala yang dihadapi dalam penyusunan RPP beserta solusi yang dilakukan guru dalam mengahadapi masalah tersebut di dalam penyusunan RPP di MIN 2 Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, subjek penelitian ini adalah guru. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu pendekatan yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yang berupa kata-kata, gambar, dan bukan angka, teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah pengolahan data dan analisis data.
