Analisis Keterampilan Guru Dalam Pengelolaan Kelas pada Pembelajaran IPA
Abstract
Keterampilan guru adalah keahlian yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran didalam maupun diluar kelas secara profesional. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji tentang analisis keterampilan guru dalam pengelolan kelas pada pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV C SDI Al-Akbar Bangsal. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi lapangan melakukan wawancara kepada kepala sekolah, guru wali kelas IV C, dan 5 peserta didik kelas IV C. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, observasi kelas, dokumentasi, jurnal akademik, buku, artikel, dan laporan penelitian yang relevan. Hasil temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Implementasi keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas IV C di SDI AL- Akbar Bangsal pada pembelajaran IPA yakni guru melaksanakan beberapa keterampilan antara lain keterampilan membuka dan menutup pembelajaran, bertanya, menjelaskan, mengelola kelas, dan keterampilan mengelola diskusi; 2) ciri khas pengelolaan kelas pada pembelajaran IPA Kelas IV C yakni menerapkan pembukaan dengan budaya keislaman, persentasi hasil pembelajaran, guru membuat kebijakan bintang redup dan cerah, memberikan perhatian, dan menciptakan kelas yang efektif; 3) analisis faktor penghambat pelaksanaan keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas pada pembelajaran IPA di kelas VI C SDI Al- Akbar yakni adanya faktor latar belakang keluarga yang berbeda-beda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa keterampilan guru sangat berperan penting dalam menciptakan kelas yang kondusif dan efektif selama proses pembelajaran.
